
Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Make cold calls to old and new customers to introduce products and generate interest.
Qualify leads and forward them to the respective salesperson depending on their area/region.
Draft and send cold emails and follow-ups to potential clients.
Maintain an Excel sheet/database to record:
Customer name and contact details
Date and time of call/email
Response/feedback
Next follow-up date
Search for new potential clients through online research, industry databases, and networking.
Maintain proper call/email logs and share daily/weekly reports with management.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and timely follow-ups.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead generation targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or email marketing (preferred).
Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English (mandatory).
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic email tools.
Ability to write professional and engaging emails.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and target-driven.
Preferred Qualities: Previous experience in B2B sales support or industrial products is an advantage. Ability to multitask between calling, emailing, and lead research. Team player with good coordination skills.
