Job DescriptionRequisition Position Title: Executive - FinancePosition Reports To: Manager - FinanceHiring Location: New DelhiKey Responsibilities:Accounts Management:Assist in accounts payable processes, including invoicing, payments, and Purchase Orders.

Prepare and reconcile bank statements. Help manage petty cash and update expense reports. Data Entry and Record Maintenance:Maintain and update financial databases and records accurately.

Collect and verify credit card statements and supporting documents. Liaise with cardholders to resolve discrepancies or missing documentation. Verify and process employee reimbursement claims.

Ensure proper coding of expenses and adherence to company approval workflows. Communication and Coordination:Work closely with internal teams to gather financial information and provide insights as needed. Coordinate with vendors and other departments for financial queries and documentation.

Key Requirements:Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (D-365 ).
