We are seeking a highly skilled, meticulous, and creative
Expert Nail Technician / Nail Artist
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to delivering flawless, high-quality nail services, with a strong focus on intricate nail artistry and rigorous sanitation standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Service Excellence:
  Perform a comprehensive range of professional nail services, including extensions (gel, acrylic, and polygel), and precise nail shaping.
• Intricate Nail Art:
  Create and execute complex and intricate nail designs, customized nail art, and advanced techniques (e.g., ombre, encapsulation, 3D art) for clients.
• Client Consultation:
  Conduct thorough consultations to assess nail health, understand client preferences, and provide expert recommendations on nail care, designs, and suitable products.
• Quality & Sanitation:
  Strictly adhere to industry best practices and company policies for cleanliness, tool sterilization, and workspace sanitation to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
• Product Management:
  Maintain accurate inventory of supplies, manage product usage efficiently, and provide input on new products and color trends.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Stay updated on the latest nail trends, techniques, and health standards through continuous learning and internal training.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Certification (Mandatory):
  Possession of a valid professional Nail Technician or Cosmetology Certification is required.
• Experience:
  Proven skill and practical experience in executing flawless gel and acrylic applications.
• Nail Art Proficiency:
  Demonstrated high-level skill in various forms of freehand and structured nail art (Portfolio required).
• Brand Experience (Preferred):
  Experience or completion of advanced courses from certified/recognized beauty and nail brands is a significant advantage.
• Attributes:
  Meticulous attention to detail, strong time management skills, excellent dexterity, and a passionate, professional demeanor.
