We are seeking a seasoned SAP sales and distribution(SD) Consultant who can Understand and analyze the client's business requirements and processes Configuring SAP SD modules to meet the client's needs Designing and testing solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and are efficient and effective Implementing SAP SD solutions and providing training to end-users Troubleshooting and resolving SAP SD-related issues Collaborating with other SAP consultants and cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive implementation Supporting the client with ongoing maintenance and enhancements of their SAP SD system.Roles and Responsibilities
  • Develop familiarity with production operations established priorities and sequences for processes.
  • Provides expertise in all aspects of SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) modules along with integration points with Material Management (MM), Logistics Execution (LE), and Financial Accounting (FI).
  • Map client business requirements, processes and objectives, develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients needs.
  • Design, customize, configure and test SD.
  • Initiation of new projects, such as how to improve operational reporting and data quality of their SAP system.
  • Assist in the planning and delivery of test plans from business processes flowing through SAP.
  • Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP SD.
  • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements.
  • Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve software problems.
  • Document functional designs, test cases and results.
  • Driving E2E delivery from gathering user requirements to delivering robust quality solutions and services to meet business needs and coordinate deliverables and dependencies with other groups technical and functional to accomplish project or CR milestones.
  • Ensuring that business users are adequately trained in new functionality that she or he develops and closely managing progress, cost, performance, and quality deliverables with proactively actions if deviations
  • Delivery of migration and roll-In projects and service delivery activities and ensuring solutions and services are fully compliant with security, controls and standards

Must-Have Skills
  • Should have at least 3-6 years of Proven experience in SAP design, prototyping, configuration/build and testing activities, specifically in SAP SD processes.
  • Should have worked on minimum wage with at least one end-to-end SAP implementation project.
  • Should have experience in mapping and configuring end-to-end business processes, design, testing, & implementation in SAP SD
  • Should have strong functional Configuration skills in SAP SD (including order processing, shipping and billing).
  • Should have well versed with Quotation, Inquiry, Order, Outbound Delivery, Billing, Credit Management, Export, Service Sale, Taxation, Pricing, Shipping, Output Management and other key processes.
  • Should have knowledge of Batch Management and Serial Management Functionality is an added advantage.
  • Should have thorough knowledge on respective Master Data (Material Master, Business Partner, Customer Info Record etc).
  • Should have well versed to use FIORI Transactional and Analytical Apps.
  • Should have cross Functional experience with FICO, PP, QM, PM, MM, PM etc.
  • Should have the ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time.
  • Should have experience in a Professional Services or Distribution company is an asset.
  • Should have understanding of Incident, Problem and Change Management processes.
  • Should have hands-on experience in the requirements gathering/ fit-gap, design/blueprinting and configuration/customization phase of SAP transformation programs.

Good to Have Skills 
  • Should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field .
  •  SAP SD certification is desirable.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.
  • Successful experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Should have excellent relationship and customer handling skills
  • Strategic thinker with strong influencing skills and the ability to build consensus.
  • Strong action orientation; ability to make things happen.
  • Facilitates team and stakeholder meetings effectively
