Job Description

Job Title: Relationship Officer / Senior Relationship Officer

Location: Begusarai and Samastipur

Reports to: Branch Manager

Department: Microfinance Operations

Job Purpose:

The Relationship Officer (RO) / Senior Relationship Officer (SRO) is responsible for identifying potential women members, conducting village surveys, facilitating group formation, handling loan disbursements, and ensuring timely collections. This field officer serves as the basic contact point between Fusion and its customers. He/she represents the organisation on field and facilitate groundwork and customer acquisition, as well as customer retention and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Member Onboarding:
  • Identify and onboard prospective women members through village surveys and meetings.
  • Conduct Compulsory Group Training (CGT) and organize Group Recognition Tests (GRT) for loan approval.
  • Loan Processing:
  • Complete all loan documentation, including KYC, as per company policies.
  • Ensure timely disbursement of loans after GRT approval.
  • Center Management:
  • Maintain strict credit discipline and ensure timely collections.
  • Lead center meetings according to company protocols and update the Collection Disbursement Sheet (CDS).
  • Collections & Reporting:
  • Ensuring proper process is followed for collections, same-day deposit of collections at the branch along with LIR management.
  • Daily reporting to the branch on loan status, member activity, and collections.
  • Customer Relations:
  • Build strong relationships with members, resolve grievances, and promote adherence to loan terms.
  • Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements and report any risks to management.

Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication skills and customer service skills.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Experience or knowledge in Finance.

Qualifications:

  • 12th pass-out mandatory
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with experience in microfinance or financial services.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹11, ₹25,000.00 per month
