We are looking for an experienced and passionate Skin & Beauty Faculty / Trainer who can teach both theoretical and practical subjects related to skin, facial therapy, and beauty treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct theory and practical sessions for students as per the institute's curriculum.

Teach topics such as:

Skin Analysis, Skin Structure & Physiology

Facial Treatments & Machine Techniques

Bleaching, Cleanup, Exfoliation, Mask & Pack Application

Face Massage Manipulation

Waxing (Hot Wax, Chocolate Wax, Roll-on, Rica, Brazilian, etc.)

Threading, Eyebrow & Eyelash Tinting

Manicure, Pedicure & Nail Application

Hygiene, Sanitization & Client Care

Product Knowledge & Cosmetic Chemistry

Anatomy, Physiology, and Dermatology related to beauty treatments

Ensure proper use and maintenance of skin care equipment and tools.

Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and practical demonstrations.

Conduct student assessments and maintain performance records.

Stay updated with new techniques, technologies, and beauty trends.

Maintain discipline and ensure safety standards in the classroom and lab.

Requirements:

Diploma / Certificate / Degree in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or Skin Aesthetics.

Minimum 2 years of teaching or salon experience in skin and beauty therapy.

Strong practical knowledge of facials, waxing, and machine-based skin treatments.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
