
Human Resource Executive, Recruiter

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing law firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, recruiting, and retaining top talent in the legal industry. This role is vital in ensuring that our law firm hires individuals who align with our values and contribute to the firm's growth. As a Senior Executive, you will take a leadership role in driving recruitment strategies and processes, while also mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new hires.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various legal and non-legal positions, including lawyers, paralegals, and support staff.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create accurate job descriptions.
- Using Naukri, iimjobs, Linkedin, indeed and other platforms to attract and engage potential candidates.
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify both passive and active talent.
- Candidate Experience & Communication:
- Ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, maintaining communication with candidates at all stages.
- Provide feedback and ensure timely follow-up with candidates regarding their interview status.
- Foster relationships with candidates to build a talent pool for future hiring needs.
- Strategic Workforce Planning:
- Stay informed on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent acquisition best practices.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives for the recruitment process.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within the legal or professional services industry (IP, CS, CA, Financial services etc).
- Experience using Naukri Recruiter & other job portals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of recruitment activity.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of successful placements in law firms or professional services.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Excellent negotiation, interviewing, and presentation skills.
- Ability to think strategically and adapt to changing hiring needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A background in HR, legal, or a law degree is preferred.
- Experience with legal-specific recruitment platforms and networks.
- Knowledge of talent acquisition analytics and workforce planning tools.
