Responsibilities:

  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced development environment.
  • Review requirement documents, understand business rules, and implement them in the database.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Analysts (BAs) to clarify business requirements and raise questions for any needed clarifications.
  • Maintain coding standards and properly document unit testing results to hand over to the testing team.
  • Work with the testing team on System Integration Testing (SIT) and provide support until completion.
  • Focus on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) alongside multiple vendors.
  • Attend calls during EST morning hours with Project Managers (PMs) and BAs.
  • Demonstrate the highest standards of accountability through effective communication, reporting, and timely handling/escalation of all technical and functional issues.
  • Establish and maintain effective project/stakeholder communication.
  • Anticipate and identify delivery delays or errors, ensuring customers/stakeholders are informed of progress and actions being taken.
  • Ensure all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are honored to the required quality and support standards.
  • Analyze activities and documented resolutions, identify problem areas, and devise solutions to enhance service quality and prevent recurrence.
  • Identify areas for improvement and automation in the process.
  • Share daily/weekly reports with the team and stakeholders.
