  • Leading and mentoring junior developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and best practices.
  • Identifying and resolving technical issues, bottlenecks, and performance problems in Java applications.
  • Developing and maintaining system documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and user guides.
  • Keeping up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in Java development, and applying them to enhance the development process.
  • Participating in code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards and software development best practices.
  • Collaborating with quality assurance teams to conduct comprehensive testing and ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable software.
