Role Description

Danfoss is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled M.Tech student/graduate to join our team as an intern at our DIIC (Danfoss India Innovation Center) office in Pune. This internship will focus on the shock and vibration analysis of power electronic devices used in on road and off highway applications. We believe this is an excellent opportunity for a fresher to apply their theoretical knowledge to practical engineering problems. The intern will be directly involved in real-world projects, gaining valuable practical experience with cutting-edge technologies in a dynamic and challenging environment. Intern will be provided with a stipend as per Danfoss standard to support them during their time with the company. While not guaranteed, interns who demonstrate exceptional performance may be considered for employment depending on business needs.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• M.tech in mechanical engineering (currently pursuing or graduated) from reputed institutes
• Strong foundation in Mechanical Shock & Vibration, Finite Element Analysis, Fatigue failures, Materials, and Machine Design
• Knowledge in Modal, Harmonic, and Random Vibration simulations
• Familiarity with simulation and modelling software (e.g., ANSYS) is highly desirable
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
