Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Heading Project Team.

  2. Guiding, Mentoring, & Managing Project Manager.

  3. Monitoring build progress, overseeing finance and ensuring project quality.

  4. Making strategic decisions and providing leadership and direction to project managers to implement those decisions.

  5. Provides strategic leadership and technical, operational, financial, and managerial leadership for successful implementation of project activities.

  6. Provides oversight of project implementation including all activities, outputs, and outcomes related to project management and administration, including reporting, budget development and monitoring, financial transactions, Profit and Loss, execution of project plans, and project performance.

  7. Meeting with clients, stakeholders, consultants, and project managers to report on project progress.

  8. Liaising with clients and building strong working relationships.

  9. Devising cost-effective plans to enable effective project completion.

  10. Managing risks to avoid delays or reputational damage.

Define milestones for each project and monitor progress against them.

Develop an alternate course of action for completing a job should the initial plan fail.

  1. Ensuring permits and legal papers are secured ahead of the project.

  2. Managing project managers and enabling them to supervise and manage their own teams

  3. Working in an office and on site wherever it necessary.

  4. Conducts monthly reviews to ensure accountability of all project activities as well as the accurate and timely reporting of financial deliverables and report to management.

  5. Establishes and manages a team with all the relevant disciplines and operational staff, including team building.

  6. Oversees development of a monitoring and evaluation plan for the successive phases of the project to capture project performance and results.

  7. Though this is a prdominantly office job, candidate should be willing to undertake travel as needed.

  8. Capability to control multiple projects simultaneously.

  9. Monitor profitability of each project against budgets.

  10. Effective utilisation of manpower.

Required Skills.

  1. Computer literacy, thorough knowledge of M.S. office, M.S. Projects, Power Point.

  2. Exposure to SAP B1will be added advantage.

  3. Good people skills to manage both ends of work. i.e., Customers and Vendors.

  4. Must be a team leader and capable to lead the team.

  5. Must have good communication skills.

  6. Good documentation and drafting skills.

  7. Should be able to read both Mechanical and electrical drawings and discuss with stakeholders.

  8. Independent decision-making ability within defined policy framework.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹974, ₹1,777,698.89 per year
