Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Leader located in Surat. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team, setting goals, and ensuring that deadlines are met. They will also be responsible for improving team performance, providing training and development, and handling escalations. The Team Leader will ensure effective communication within the team and with other departments, as well as monitor key performance indicators.

  • Experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
