Job Summary:

Sakon India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate and resourceful Executive – Learning & Development to design, deliver, and enhance employee learning experiences that drive performance and career growth. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating training programs, curating engaging learning content, and tracking the impact of L&D initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate brings creativity, strong project coordination skills, and a deep interest in building a culture of continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Coordination & Delivery:

  • Plan, schedule, and execute learning programs in line with business and functional needs.
  • Coordinate with internal trainers, external facilitators, and vendors for program delivery.
  • Manage end-to-end logistics for in-person and virtual training sessions.

Content Development & Curation:

  • Develop training materials, e-learning modules, and learning aids tailored to employee needs.
  • Curate digital learning resources from external platforms and industry sources.
  • Support the implementation of blended learning approaches.

Learning Management System (LMS) Administration:

  • Manage and update the LMS with new courses, attendance records, and assessments.
  • Track learner progress and generate reports for managers and leadership teams.
  • Troubleshoot LMS issues and liaise with the IT team for resolution.

Evaluation & Impact Measurement:

  • Collect post-training feedback and analyze effectiveness using defined metrics.
  • Identify skill gaps through surveys, assessments, and performance data.
  • Suggest enhancements to existing training programs based on learner feedback and business goals.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Partner with department heads to understand learning needs and create targeted training plans.
  • Maintain relationships with external training providers and negotiate service contracts.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement and career development events.

Key Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Certification in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or Talent Management preferred.

Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training Coordination, or Talent Development.
  • Exposure to corporate L&D in IT, SaaS, or professional services preferred.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in LMS platforms (Moodle, Cornerstone, or similar).
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
  • High proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.

Performance Metrics (KPIs):

  • Training completion rate: 90%
  • Average learner satisfaction score: 4/5
  • Learning hours per employee per quarter: 8 hours
  • Skill gap closure rate: 75% within planned timelines

Compensation:

  • Annual CTC: ₹6–₹9 LPA
  • Performance Bonus: Up to 10% of CTC
  • Learning Allowance & Professional Development Support
