Medical Representative – Pharma Sales (Full-Time)

Job Summary

We are hiring a Medical Representative (Pharma Sales Executive) to promote Mediffic's product range to doctors, clinics, and hospitals. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, field sales experience, and the ability to build long-term professional relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Promote pharmaceutical products to doctors and healthcare professionals
  • Conduct regular field visits in the assigned territory
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain relationships with clinics, hospitals, and medical institutions
  • Provide product information and conduct detailing effectively
  • Maintain daily call reports and field activity records
  • Plan route and schedule visits to maximize coverage
  • Participate in CMEs, promotional programs, and medical activities
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Representative.
  • Undergraduate degree ( B.Sc or B.Pharma)
  • Good English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and email
  • Strong presentation and negotiation abilities
  • Self-driven, disciplined, and target-focused
  • Must be willing to work in a field-based role
