Job Title: Java Lead Business Analyst Supply Chain

Location: Gachibowli

Timings: 9:30am to 6:30pm - IST

Salary: 25 LPA

Employment Type: Full-time

Open Position for Onsite, No Remote.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst Supply Chain to support our supply chain operations through data-driven insights and process improvements. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and IT teams to analyze performance, identify inefficiencies, and recommend scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze supply chain data (inventory, demand, lead times, transportation, procurement) to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost savings.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs such as inventory turnover, order accuracy, fulfillment rates, and supplier performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
  • Support demand forecasting and supply planning through historical data analysis and predictive modeling.
  • Assist in optimizing logistics operations, including route planning, shipment tracking, and warehouse efficiency.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks in procurement and sourcing processes.
  • Partner with IT or data teams to implement ERP enhancements and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis and process mapping (e.g., using Six Sigma or Lean methodologies).
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and actionable format.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably within supply chain, logistics, or operations.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Familiarity with supply chain concepts including inventory management, procurement, and logistics.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) is a plus.
