The Opportunity:
ECI has an exciting opportunity for
Sr. Vulnerability Analyst,
who is skilled and detail-oriented and prepares executive-level reports on vulnerabilities for top-tier clients. The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating remediation plans, tracking vulnerabilities across enterprise-critical assets, collaborating with departmental managers to ensure patching compliance, and identifying risks while proposing actionable plans to mitigate them.

What you will do:
Key Responsibilities:

• Vulnerability Reporting:
• Prepare comprehensive and executive-level reports on identified vulnerabilities tailored for high-profile clients.
• Summarize technical findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Remediation Planning:
• Develop detailed remediation plans to address vulnerabilities in Windows, Linux, and other IT environments.
• Prioritize vulnerabilities based on business impact and risk to ensure effective resource allocation.
• Tracking and Compliance:
• Monitor and track vulnerabilities across enterprise-critical infrastructure (ECI) assets.
• Work closely with departmental managers to ensure adherence to overall patching compliance standards.
• Maintain an up-to-date vulnerability database, tracking remediation progress and compliance metrics.
• Risk Assessment and Proposals:
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential impacts of vulnerabilities on business operations.
• Propose strategic and technical measures to minimize risk and enhance security posture.
• Stay informed on emerging threats and vulnerabilities, integrating them into organizational risk strategies.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of vulnerability management processes.
• Act as the primary point of contact for vulnerability-related queries and escalations.

Who you are:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in vulnerability analysis, management, and remediation planning.
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong knowledge of vulnerability assessment tools (e.g., Qualys, Nessus, or Tenable) and methodologies.
• Hands-on experience in creating executive reports and remediation plans for diverse client environments.
• Familiarity with patch management processes and compliance frameworks.
• Proven ability to identify, assess, and propose solutions for risks related to IT vulnerabilities.

Bonus points if you have:

• Knowledge of enterprise-critical infrastructure and security best practices.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills to interface technical and non-technical audiences.
