Role & responsibilities
- Provide L1 support for Desktop, LAN Network and Connectivity Problems.
- Computer Network and management (LAN & WAN)
- Troubleshooting in the Local Area Network.
- Troubleshooting in OS Repair, upgrade and Installation.
- Remote support and management.
- Checking of configuration for proper functioning of equipment ( Laptop & Desktop)
- Maintain network equipment (Routers, Switches, ADSL Modems, MPLS connectivity).
- Maintaining Daily checklist for server room & network connection /Meeting rooms.
- Stakeholder Management.
- Effectively listening to others, expressing ideas both orally and in writing and providing relevant and timely information to management, co workers, subordinates and customers
- End user support & Vendor Management
- License & Patch Management (Antivirus / restricting to install the Pirated software/ Windows Patch management)
- Should have a good understanding of network fundamentals (DHCP, DNS, VPN, VLANs, TCP/IP, HTTP, etc.).
- basic knowledge the Routers ,Switches, MAC Laptops
- Asset management, Preparing the Monthly Report
- Basic experience on VOIP phones
- Knowledge on Linux
- Basic knowledge on Active Directory
- Ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure
- handing the onboarding & offboarding process
