Key Responsibilities:

· Plane digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEM (Google Ads, Facebook, Bing, Columbia) & SEO, email, social media and display advertising to generate qualified leads.

· Analyze and optimize Google Ads search & display campaign performance & large keywords list based on data-driven insights and strategy using quad-core quantitative analysis.

· Managed Google My Business accounts for all real estate projects, ensuring accurate and engaging project representations for improved online visibility.

· Plan, Execute, Measuring- and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.

· Oversee & approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures & other collaterals

· Measure and report on the performance of different marketing campaigns

· Spearheaded SEO efforts by actively engaging in on-page and off-page optimization, keyword and image optimization, leading to improved website rankings.

· Handling SEO activity & create report with metrics, keywords and analytics data.

· Website & microsite maintenance & html, css, php coding changes & Collaborate with designers to improve user experience.

· Coordination with the social media team to design, build, and maintain a robust social media presence, contributing to enhanced brand awareness.

· Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals

· Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

· Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

· Meeting, collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners (e.g., 99 acres, magic bricks, housing) to drive qualified leads and expand the online reach.

· Managing google webmaster tool & google analytics account for comprehensive data analysis & insights.

· Handling ERP API & CTI Integration for Google ads, Facebook Ads, SMS, WhatsApp and IVR incoming and outgoing calls.

· Leading and managing the pre-sales team for effective lead nurturing of both residential and commercial projects.

· Work with creative and marketing teams to test strategies and innovation for quality leads.
