Design the face of a premium natural wellness brand

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can bring our story to life visually—through packaging, social media creatives, reels, and brand collaterals.

Responsibilities

  • Brand Visual Identity
  • Design product packaging, labels, brochures, and offline retail materials.
  • Maintain consistency of brand fonts, colors, and design language.
  • Digital Design
  • Create social media creatives, ad banners, and email/newsletter templates.
  • Collaborate with content creator & marketing team for campaign visuals.
  • Design high-converting creatives for marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa).
  • Video & Motion Graphics
  • Edit reels, product demo videos, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes clips.
  • Create short animations/motion graphics to enhance brand storytelling.
  • Cross-team Collaboration
  • Work with Digital Marketing Manager for ad creatives (A/B testing).
  • Support Sales team with retail POP designs and presentation decks.
  • Provide assets for packaging vendors & printing agencies.

Requirements

  • Experience:
     2–4 years as Graphic Designer (FMCG, beauty, or D2C brand preferred).
  • Skills:
  • Strong in 
    Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
    .
  • Familiar with 
    video editing tools
     (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Canva).
  • Knowledge of packaging design and print production basics.
  • Mindset:
     Creative, detail-oriented, and aligned with natural/wellness aesthetics.
  • Bonus:
     Prior work in Natural / clean beauty / organic wellness brands.
