About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives. You will be responsible for defining technical architecture, ensuring best practices, and guiding teams in delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Architecture & Design
    • Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions.
  • Define technical architecture, data models, integration patterns, and security design.
    Design scalable and reusable components following Salesforce best practices.
  • Technical Leadership
    • Serve as the technical authority for Salesforce projects.
  • Mentor and guide development teams on coding standards, design principles, and platform limitations.
    Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Integration & Development
    • Lead design of integrations between Salesforce and external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
      Oversee Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and declarative development.
  • Governance & Best Practices
    • Establish development guidelines and enforce governance processes.
  • Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and performance standards.
    Conduct code reviews and technical assessments.
  • Project Delivery
    • Contribute to estimation, planning, and risk management.
  • Provide hands-on support for complex technical issues.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience:
    • 10+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 3 years as a Technical Architect.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions for large-scale enterprises.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Deep understanding of Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL.
  • Strong integration experience (REST, SOAP, middleware like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce security model and sharing rules.
  • Knowledge of DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Application Architect, or System Architect certification.
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
