Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer with 2-3 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong React skill set and preferably experience working in Financial Services or B2C domains, bringing insight into customer-facing or finance-related web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications with reusable UI components.
  • Manage application state using Redux or Context API for smooth user experiences.
  • Ensure React code is optimised for speed, responsiveness, and multi-browser compatibility.
  • Work collaboratively with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to implement features.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and continuously improve React-based applications.

Required Skills:

  • 2-3 years professional experience in frontend development with
  • Strong knowledge of React fundamentals: Hooks, lifecycle methods, component architecture.
  • Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and RESTful API integration.
  • Experience with state management (Redux, Context API).
  • Familiarity with frontend build tools like Webpack and Babel.
  • Preferred: Experience in Financial Services (banking, fintech) or B2C product development.
  • IIT graduate or equivalent preferred.

Nice to Have:

  • TypeScript experience.
  • Exposure to performance optimisations and related tooling.
