Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant located in Hoskote. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing and overseeing daily accounting operations, preparing financial statements, coordinating month-end and year-end close processes, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. The role also includes analyzing financial data, budgeting, forecasting, and collaborating with internal and external auditors.
Qualifications
- Experience in general accounting, financial reporting, and compliance
- Skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial data analysis
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA certification or equivalent is a plus
- Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
