Shift Timing

US EST hours (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)

Flexibility for partial overlap with US project schedules is required

Employment Type

Contract-to-Hire – 6 months (extendable / convertible)

Role Overview

Hiring an Accounting Application Tech-Support Specialist with excellent English communication (voice support) and L1 & L2 troubleshooting skills on both MacOS and Windows platforms. Prior experience in financial or accounting software support is a must.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert support for accounting software applications on MacOS and Windows in a BPO/KPO/Tech Support environment.
  • Troubleshoot installation, uninstallation, bugs, and performance issues; review Mac/Windows logs for root cause analysis.
  • Create and maintain escalation logs and training documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and escalate to development teams when required.

Must-Have Skills

  • Excellent spoken & written English (neutral accent, no MTI).
  • Strong L1 & L2 troubleshooting skills for both Windows and MacOS systems.
  • Voice-based technical support experience.
  • Proven exposure to financial/accounting domain or accounting software.
  • Ability to work US EST night shifts.

Good-to-Have

  • Previous experience supporting international (US/foreign) clients.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes or ServiceNow ticketing.
