Role & responsibilities

Mandatory Skills:

• 15+ years of experience in SAP Finance, with a strong focus on Vendor Invoice Management (VIM).

• Proven expertise in configuring and maintaining the VIM module within SAP.

• Strong understanding of invoice processing workflows and best practices.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams and stakeholders.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and its integration with VIM.

• Knowledge of related SAP modules such as MM (Materials Management) and FI (Financial Accounting).

• Familiarity with automation tools and technologies related to invoice processing.

• Project management experience, particularly in SAP implementation or upgrade projects.

• Certifications in SAP VIM or related areas.
