nsure that quality parameters are being met as per the organizational/customer
r

equirements at all stages of manufacture/repair.
 D

evelop, implement, maintain, and continuously improve systems to ensure customer
s

atisfaction with our products and services.
 E

nsure that documents are recorded verified, approved, and filed.
 M

onitor customer feedback and take necessary corrective & preventive actions to improve
c

ustomer satisfaction.
 O

versee the work of Quality Assurance, ensuring adequate resources and appropriate systems
a

re in place to ensure compliance with all accreditations such as API/Q1/ISO9001 latest
e

dition requirements, thread licenses, and appropriate international and industry standards.
 S

upport the continual improvement of the integrated management system by expressing best
p

ractices.
 C

ompile data analysis, scorecards for monthly, and quarterly reports.
 M

onitor and ensure the effectiveness of the Quality systems through internal auditing.
 C

oordinate audits by external bodies, ensuring that the team is well prepared for the audits.
 R

eview all conformance reports, both internal and external to ensure that appropriate
c

orrective and preventive actions are put in place wherever possible to eliminate root causes.
 A

ny other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.
