DevOps Engineer to establish DevOps culture and build scalable cloud infrastructure supporting , , and AI/ML services. Scale platform from 100K+ to 1M+ concurrent users during peak exam periods on AWS/Huawei Cloud.

Task Activities:

Establish DevOps best practices and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub/GitLab for automated deploymentDesign and implement scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS/Huawei Cloud platformsDeploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestration platformsAutomate deployment processes for , , and AI/ML servicesImplement comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and logging with observability standardsManage database operations for MongoDB and PostgreSQL, including clustering and optimizationImplement security best practices: OAuth 2.0, AES-256 encryption, and MFA

Performance Metrics:

Infrastructure Uptime: Maintain 99.5% availability during business hours and 99.9% during examsDeployment Efficiency: Establish an automated CI/CD pipeline,s reducing manual deployment time by 60%Incident Response: Mean time to resolution (MTTR) under 2 hours for critical infrastructure issuesCost Optimization: Monitor and optimize cloud costs within the allocated budget with monthly reporting

Automation Coverage: Automate 70% of routine infrastructure tasks within the first 6 months

Required Skills:

3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or similar infrastructure rolesStrong expertise in cloud platforms: AWS and/or Huawei Cloud servicesProficiency with container technologies: Docker containerization and orchestrationExperience with CI/CD implementation using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or JenkinsDatabase management experience with both MongoDB and PostgreSQLSolid Linux system administration skills and command-line proficiencyExperience with AI/ML infrastructure deployment and optimizationKnowledge of Progressive Web App deployment and application optimizationInfrastructure as Code tools: Terraform, CloudFormation, or AnsibleExperience with third-party integrations and API managementSelf-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and establish best practicesStrong advocate for automation, continuous improvement, and DevOps cultureCollaborative team player with excellent communication skillsProactive problem-solving approach to identify and resolve infrastructure challengesPassionate about building scalable, maintainable, and secure infrastructure solutionsGrowth-oriented attitude with a desire to mentor team members and scale capabilities
