We're Hiring: Java Developer – Pune

Location: Pune (occasional travel to Europe)

Position Type: Full-time, Permanent

Education: B.Tech / B.E in Computer Science or related field

Experience: 6+ years


About the Role

We're seeking a passionate Java Developer with strong technical expertise, leadership qualities, and the ability to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.


Key Responsibilities

Design & develop complex software components with modern Java technologies

Apply architectural principles & design patterns for robust systems

Mentor junior developers & lead code reviews

Collaborate with global cross-functional teams

Ensure code quality, performance & security standards

Contribute to CI/CD pipelines & containerized deployments


Technical Skills (at least 3 from each)

Frameworks & Tools: Spring Boot, Hibernate, JUnit, Maven, Jenkins, Git

Protocols & Data Formats: HTTP, MQTT, OAuth, XML, JSON, JWT

Infrastructure & DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Azure/AWS

Databases: MS-SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis


Other Qualifications

Strong knowledge of SDLC & Agile methodologies

Experience with code reviews, JIRA/Confluence

Familiarity with REST APIs, API gateways

Hands-on with CI/CD & Infrastructure as Code

Experience in container orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker Swarm)
