Responsibilities

  • Focus on building and scaling full-stack applications (Django backend + React frontend).
  • Actively contribute code (estimated 70–80% of time hands-on coding).
  • Own architecture decisions and code quality for your specific modules.
  • Collaborate with other teams to deliver features with high quality and speed.
  • Develop and maintain robust, scalable REST APIs using Python and Django.
  • Build intuitive, responsive UI components using
  • Proficient in PostgreSQL or MySQL database design and optimization.
  • Monitor performance, reliability, and security across systems.
  • Drive technical discussions, estimations, and roadmap planning.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in full-stack development using Python/Django (backend APIs, ORM, performance tuning) and React/JavaScript/TypeScript (component design, state management).
  • Strong Problem Solving Skills: Ability to design systems that scale and handle complex business logic (e.g., Logistics, Order Management).
  • Proficient in PostgreSQL or MySQL database design and optimization (Indexing, Query Tuning).
  • Strong debugging skills and ability to troubleshoot end-to-end issues.
  • Prior experience in a startup or fast-moving product environment.
  • Bonus: Exposure to LLM application development (LangChain, OpenAI) or DevOps tools (AWS, Docker, CI/CD).
