Job Description:

Looking for a Sr. HR Executive with Hospital or Dental Experience at Yash Dental Group of Clinics, you will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions to support the organization's growth and ensure a positive work environment for our team members. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the organization.
  • Coordinate and conduct onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with employees to assess job satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities and recognition programs.

Performance Management:

  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Provide support to managers and employees in addressing performance issues and implementing performance improvement plans.

HR Administration:

  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Process payroll, benefits administration, and other HR-related transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Prepare reports and analytics on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, recruitment effectiveness, and employee satisfaction.

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs within the organization and collaborate with department heads to develop training programs.
  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops, both internally and externally, to enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Master Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR or similar role, preferably in the healthcare or service industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations in India.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) would be an advantage.
