About Nine Blush:

Nine Blush is a premium beauty and skincare brand, offering a range of high-quality makeup and skincare products. We are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Beauty Advisor (BA) to join our team and provide expert beauty advice to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Welcome customers, understand their beauty needs, and provide personalized product recommendations.
• Product Demonstration: Conduct live makeup and skincare demos to educate customers and boost sales.
• Sales & Target Achievement: Actively promote Nine Blush products, upsell complementary items, and meet monthly sales targets.
• Stock & Display Management: Ensure product displays are visually appealing and well-stocked.
• Billing & Transactions: Handle sales transactions efficiently and maintain accurate records.
• Customer Relationship Building: Foster long-term customer relationships through excellent service and follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Experience: 6 months – 2 years in beauty retail or cosmetics sales (preferred).
• Education: Minimum 12th pass or relevant certification in beauty/makeup (preferred).
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for beauty and makeup trends
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Basic knowledge of skincare and makeup application
