Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Managed File Transfer (MFT) Specialist with at least 5 years of experience particularly with TIBCO MFT solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design implementation maintenance and support of secure file transfer solutions across the enterprise. You will work closely with infrastructure application and security teams to ensure reliable and compliant data transfers.

Responsibilities

Design implement and maintain TIBCO MFT solutions for secure reliable file transfers.

Configure and manage MFT servers agents schedules and workflows.

Integrate MFT solutions with enterprise applications (ERP CRM databases etc.).

Monitor file transfer activities troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution.

Enforce security policies for data transfers (encryption authentication audit logging).

Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Ensure high availability disaster recovery and scalability of MFT environments.

Perform version upgrades patching and performance tuning of TIBCO MFT systems.

Document configuration processes and operational procedures.

5+ years of hands-on experience in Managed File Transfer (MFT).

Strong experience with TIBCO MFT Platform Server TIBCO MFT Command Center and TIBCO MFT Internet Server.

Deep understanding of file transfer protocols (SFTP FTPS HTTPS SCP AS2).

Experience with PGP encryption/decryption and key management.

Familiarity with scripting (Shell Python or PowerShell) for automation tasks.

Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and best practices.

Experience working in secure and regulated environments (e.g. finance healthcare).

Familiar with monitoring tools and log analysis for troubleshooting.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

TIBCO certifications in MFT technologies.

Experience with other MFT platforms (Axway IBM Sterling GoAnywhere) is a plus.

Exposure to cloud-based file transfer solutions and hybrid deployments.

Familiarity with DevOps CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (e.g. Ansible Terraform).

Certifications Required

Certified z/OS Administrator ITIL Foundation Certification
