About the Role

We are looking for an experienced airline systems professional to manage and enhance our core passenger service, revenue accounting, and integration platforms. The role involves working on
PSS/DCS (Navitaire preferred)
,
Passenger Revenue Accounting (PRA) systems
, and
API integrations
with internal and external partners.

You will act as the
functional and technical bridge
between business teams, IT, and vendors—ensuring systems run smoothly, data is accurate, integrations are stable, and upgrades deliver business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • PSS/DCS Management:
    Configure, maintain, and optimize Passenger Service Systems (Navitaire preferred) including reservations, check-in, interline, and codeshare.
  • Revenue Accounting:
    Oversee PRA systems (e.g., SkyLedger) to ensure accurate revenue capture, tax compliance (GST/VAT), and reporting.
  • API Integrations:
    Manage REST/SOAP API connections with OTAs, partners, and internal applications; lead new integration projects.
  • Stakeholder Coordination:
    Act as SPOC for business teams, IT, and vendors during upgrades, new feature rollouts, and issue resolution.
  • Data & Reporting:
    Handle large data sets, generate BI reports, and perform functional testing.
  • Process Improvements:
    Define and document workflows, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with industry and company standards.
  • Security & Compliance:
    Ensure data security, API authentication, and adherence to airline IT governance.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 4–7 years in airline IT / commercial / finance systems.
  • Hands-on experience with
    Navitaire (PSS/DCS)
    and/or other airline passenger systems.
  • Knowledge of
    PRA / revenue accounting systems
    and airline financial processes.
  • Strong understanding of
    API (REST, SOAP) design, testing, and troubleshooting
    .
  • Familiarity with interline, codeshare, NDC, airline taxation, and settlement processes.
  • Proficient with
    BI tools, advanced Excel, SQL/MySQL queries
    .
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with
    SkyLedger
    , API management tools (Postman, Swagger), and version control (Git).
  • Programming knowledge (Java, Python, .NET) and exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • IATA/UFTTA certification.

Education

  • Graduate in Computer Science / IT / Commerce / Finance.
  • Postgraduate / MBA preferred.
