Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) / AX 2012 R3 Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules. The ideal candidate should possess deep product knowledge, strong analytical skills, and hands-on experience across multiple phases of implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in Dynamics 365 F&O / AX 2012 R3 – Supply Chain Management modules.

Lead and support functional areas such as:

Inventory Management

Procurement and Sourcing (Purchase process)

Sales and Marketing (Sales process)

Warehouse Management

Transfer Orders

Master Planning

Perform configuration and setup for products, items, BOMs, number sequences, dimensions, ledgers, and tax setups.

Conduct and manage testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.

Drive requirement gathering workshops, system demonstrations, and user training sessions.

Develop detailed project documentation such as FRDs, FDDs, Fit-Gap analyses, and User Guides.

Design functional solutions for customizations (process enhancements, reports, integrations).

Participate in end-to-end project lifecycle activities — from analysis and design to deployment and support.

Support data migration using data entities and validate migrated data against business requirements.

Skills & Qualifications:

Core knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O and Dynamics AX 2012 R3.

Strong domain understanding of Supply Chain Management (SCM).

Solid hands-on experience in testing and configuration activities.

Proven ability to map business requirements to system functionalities.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

AX / Dynamics 365 certification will be an added advantage.
