The Team

Enterprise Technology and Performance (ET&P) is a Service Area within T&T where professionals provides various service offerings on Finance, Supply Chain, SAP, Oracle, Technology Strategy and ServiceNow. The goal is to help clients achieve outstanding value from their enterprise technology investments with a holistic and strategic approach to technology transformation.

Your Profile

The Unifier Technical & Functional Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end design, delivery, governance, and optimization of Oracle Unifier across enterprise capital delivery, project controls, cost, schedule, contracts, and workflow management functions. The role combines deep functional expertise in project and portfolio management with strong technical capabilities in Unifier configuration, integrations, reporting, and environment management.

This position acts as the primary SME, solution architect, and implementation lead, ensuring Unifier delivers measurable business value and aligns with organizational standards and future transformation goals.

Skills Required

1. Unifier Solution Architecture & Functional Leadership

• Lead the design, configuration, and enhancement of Unifier Business Processes (BPs): Cost Management, Funding, Change Management, Contracts, Payments, Schedule Integration, RFI/Submittals, Document Management, etc.
• Develop the end-to-end solution architecture across Unifier, Primavera Cloud (OPC), Primavera P6, ERP/Financials, and external systems.
• Drive standardization of project controls processes across departments and business units.
• Own the Unifier data model, governance framework, validation rules, configured UI, and security profiles.
• Evaluate new modules, features, and quarterly releases; manage roadmap adoption.

2. Technical Configuration & Development Oversight

• Oversee configuration of Shell templates, BPs, Data Pickers, Data Views, User Views, and custom forms.
• Drive development of custom logs, workflow routing, auto-population rules, triggers, data integrators, and custom actions.
• Lead report development using BI Publisher, Unifier Data Cubes, and analytics dashboards.
• Manage Unifier environments (DEV/TEST/PROD), deployments, version controls, and migration packages.
• Ensure performance tuning, data integrity, and platform stability.

3. Integrations Management

• Architect and govern integrations with ERP (e.g., Oracle EBS, SAP, JD Edwards), Primavera Cloud/P6, Aconex, GIS, HRMS, procurement systems, document repositories, and enterprise middleware.
• Lead API-based and middleware-based integration solutioning (OIC, Dell Boomi, Mulesoft, Azure Integration Services, etc.).
• Approve integration mapping, field-level mapping rules, transformation logic, and error-handling frameworks.
• Ensure secure data exchange, logging, and audit trails.

4. Program Delivery & Stakeholder Management

• Manage end-to-end Unifier implementation or enhancement projects including planning, estimation, budgeting, resourcing, and vendor coordination.
• Conduct Fit-Gap analysis, business requirement workshops, process mapping, and solution validation with SMEs.
• Own stakeholder communication, steering committee updates, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with PMO standards, architecture governance, and change management protocols.

5. Data Migration & Quality Assurance

• Lead Unifier data migration design including extraction, cleansing, transformation, and reconciliation.
• Develop testing strategies (SIT, UAT, Regression), test scripts, and defect triage processes.
• Own data quality framework, validation scripts, and reconciliation methods across modules.

6. Training, Adoption & Support Leadership

• Design user training programs, onboarding materials, and process documentation.
• Manage L2/L3 support processes, SLA governance, and continuous improvement cycles.
• Build and mentor an internal team of Unifier configurators, analysts, and technical specialists.
• Conduct Unifier Center of Excellence (CoE) governance sessions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 15+ years of overall experience, with 10+ years in Oracle Primavera Unifier.
• Deep knowledge of:
• Project Controls & Cost Management
• Capital Program Management
• Contracts, Procurement, and Change Management
• Schedule Integration & Milestone Reporting
• Risk, Issues, and Workflow-based orchestration
• Document management and collaboration processes
• Strong understanding of industry frameworks (EPC, Infrastructure, Utilities, Capital Projects, IT PMO).
