Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Supervisor, located in Preet Vihar. The Human Resources Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, implementing performance management programs, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. Daily tasks include resolving employee issues, developing and enforcing HR policies, and coordinating with other departments to enhance employee satisfaction and organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
- Proficiency in managing Employee Relations and Performance Management
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the food catering or hospitality industry is a plus
