We're looking for a highly motivated
Software Engineer
with strong expertise in
C# and .NET
to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on
designing scalable backend systems, architecting complex solutions, and mentoring fellow engineers
—all while working in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities
:

  • Design and develop enterprise-grade, n-tier software systems
  • Build accurate, responsive, and scalable APIs leveraging modern cloud and database technologies
  • Lead end-to-end system design and architecture discussions
  • Collaborate with product teams to refine business logic and validation flows
  • Deliver clean, testable code with a strong focus on unit, integration, and performance testing
  • Work within a cross-functional squad to roll out client-facing and internal portal features
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth (non-managerial role)


Required Skills
:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with
    C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core
  • Strong understanding of
    OOP, SOA, microservice architecture
    , and
    system design principles
  • Experience with
    PostgreSQL
    and ORM tools
  • Knowledge of
    AWS services
    (e.g., S3, CloudFront)
  • Solid grasp of
    XML, JSON
    , and related data exchange formats
  • Experience delivering
    secure, stable, and compliant
    backend solutions
  • Background in
    financial services
    is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an entrepreneurial, self-driven mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
