Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Manager or Manager at Belrise Industries, located in Pune. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing team performance, implementing project plans, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The role Lead 2W & 3W growth strategy. Analyze and identify new pursuits from target OEM's, convert them as business for Belrise.

Roles & Resposibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plan to achieve business objective and revenue targets within the assigned one
  • Business Development- Getting RFQs from customers and converting them into business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Analyze and identify new businesses opportunities from OEM customer base and optimize profit and increase revenues.
  • Control pricing, deal price and other sales proposal activities.
  • Identify new markets to expand our market base to increase revenue and profit generating.
  • Involved in direct customer negations, negotiating contracts and agreements with customers and partners to ensure win-win outcomes.
  • Analyze the market to determine the latest trends, customer needs, competitors' position, depth of customer base in order to redesign marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to identify customer requirements in order to translate them into product specifications.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting
  • Forecasts Sales-Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly and analyze performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare a regular report for senior detailing sales and marketing performance.
