- Ensure compliance with national regulations, IFC/World Bank standards, and project E&S requirements.
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and support external environmental and social audits.
- Participate in meetings with financing institutions.
- Manage stakeholder engagement, consultations, and grievance redress processes.
- Prepare E&S reports and support capacity building for project and contractor teams.
