In Vestas SSCBP we are constantly optimizing the service supply chain to deliver on time to our customers, and at the same time have an optimized supply chain with low inventory and efficient set up. It is an ever-developing task in a complex environment. The order handling function is responsible for order management to support internal customers, resolving customer issues and acting as the first point of contact to the SBU for the supply chain management. The Supply Chain Professional must ensure Service Supply Chain is meeting delivery targets and provides analysis and customer feedback to procurement, forecasting and warehousing to ensure customer needs are met.

• Responsible for all Service and Aftermarket internal customer interactions in the Regions.
• Manage "Turbine Down" orders quickly and efficiently.
• Work with Site managers and Service management to resolve turbine down issues.
• Ensure that delivery notes are created and sent to the warehouse in a timely manner to meet delivery expectations.
• Analyze return requests and make recommendations on which material to accept.
• Submit return orders and track their delivery to the warehouse.
• Manage the receipt of direct ship/drop-ship orders and process delivery notes to ensure accurate inventory levels.
• Work with technical resources to identify and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Global SIOP, buying and warehouse teams to resolve any supply issues.
• Provide customer support by following up on orders and ensuring timely delivery.
• Independently identify and expedite urgent orders.
• Process or redirect construction PRs.
• Process Tool Service/Repair/Recalibration requests.
• Measure and report on KPIs related to customer service level support, including on-time delivery and on-time confirmation.

• BE or B. Tech or MBA in Supply Chain
• 3 - 8 years of experience in a global international supply chain function within customer service, order Mgmt./Fulfillment or spare parts /service environment
• Hands-on experience in applying supply chain principles and methods including reporting.
• Minimum of 2 year's experience in SAP MM ERP is must.
• Advanced computer skills including proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.

• Advanced Excel & Power BI skills
• Knowledge in SAP MM ERP system
• Cross-cultural understanding is necessary
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Effective stakeholder management skills
• Working style is well structured, proactive, creative, and persistent.
• Ability to communicate complex supply chain information in a simple and transparent manner
• Good system and business understanding
• Should be Willing to work in night Shifts (CET)
