Job Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION 

Requirement from Prucahse officer
Day to day Purchase related activities
Working experience on ERP software
Experience of GST and other applicable laws/norms on purchase related matters
Monthly supplier re-conciliation of balalnces against PO
Import experience is must should know abour Sea and Air shipment
Qualification B-com/ M.Com/ MBA in finance

? Locate/Identify vendors of materials and determine product availability and terms of
sales.
? Maintain records of goods ordered and received.
? Get quotation base on PR and prepare comparison
? Submit for approval
? Prepare PO based on approval
? Control purchasing department budgets.
? Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy.
? Analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material
availability.
? Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies,
and procedures.
? Direct and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in buying, selling, and
distributing materials
? Prepare reports regarding market conditions and merchandise costs.
? Administer on-line purchasing systems.
? Ensure all requisitions are planned and submitted in advance.
? Ensure materials are ordered and sequenced in a way as not to have the material
stored on site for excessive periods.
? Able to Work in any ERP /QAD Software
