Veda Rehabilitation & Wellness is a leading private mental health and addiction treatment facility that integrates evidence-based psychotherapy, psychiatry, and holistic healing practices. Our multidisciplinary team works with clients to create personalized recovery journeys that restore emotional, physical, and social wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Clinical Care

  • Conduct psychological assessments, case formulations, and diagnostic evaluations.
  • Deliver individual psychotherapy sessions using evidence-based approaches (CBT, REBT, DBT, ACT, etc.).
  • Facilitate group therapy, psychoeducation, and relapse-prevention programs.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with psychiatrists and counsellors.
  • Maintain accurate and timely client records, progress reports, and discharge summaries.

2. Case Coordination

  • Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and treatment reviews.
  • Communicate therapeutically and professionally with family members when clinically indicated.

3. Psychoeducation & Family Work

  • Conduct family therapy sessions or psychoeducational meetings as required.
  • Educate clients and families about relapse triggers, coping mechanisms, and emotional resilience.

4. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain confidentiality and ethical record-keeping in all documentation.
  • Submit daily session notes, weekly progress updates, and clinical outcome reports.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

  • Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from a recognized university.

Experience:

  • 2–3 years of clinical experience in rehabilitation, hospital, or any mental health settings.
  • Experience working with addiction, mood disorders, and personality-related issues is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
