Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Acquisition Specialist, located in Bengaluru North. The Client Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. Other responsibilities include managing the client acquisition process, from lead generation to conversion, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
  • Proven track record in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Customer Experience
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the technology or AV integration industry is a plus
