Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, record and update daily stock levels in system/Excel.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff for stock counting, verification and reporting.
- Support in periodic stock audits and resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure correct labeling, storage and rotation of stock (FIFO/LIFO).
- Communicate with purchase, sales and accounts teams regarding stock availability and requirements.
- Maintain accuracy in stock-related documents such as GRNs, DCs and invoices.
- Follow company policies and safety standards in stock handling.
