Our services cover the entire life cycle of the project implementation.

Currently, we are bidding for Metro projects across India. The position of Resident Engineer (E&M) is the key position in these BIDs.

Missions/Main Duties
  • Monitor day-to-day site activities related to electrical and mechanical works, including HVAC, fire detection & suppression, lifts, escalators, lighting, and power distribution.
  • Ensure all E&M installations meet approved designs, technical specifications, and safety codes
  • Liaise with civil, architectural, and system teams to resolve interface issues and ensure smooth integration of E&M systems.
  • Oversee inspection, testing, and commissioning of E&M equipment to validate performance and reliability.
  • Maintain site records, prepare progress reports, and support compliance documentation for bid and project execution.
  • Supervise contractors, review work progress, and ensure timely completion of E&M works.
Profile/Skills
  • Graduate in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 15 years of expereince in major infrastructure projects.
  • Minimum 4 years of experence in urban rail based passenger carrying system
