Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide career counseling to students on various study abroad programs, including course selection, university options, and application procedures.
  • Assist clients with visa applications by gathering required documents, filling out forms, and submitting applications to relevant authorities.
  • Offer admission counseling to help clients choose suitable courses at universities overseas and navigate the application process.
  • Manage operations efficiently by maintaining accurate records of client interactions, progress updates, and follow-ups.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication skills and relationship management techniques.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-5 years of experience in education loan sales or related fields (career counseling, documentation).
  • Strong understanding of international education systems and processes (study abroad programs).
  • Excellent communication skills for building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving skills for addressing client queries and concerns effectively.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards achieving common goals.
