Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining products/services, maintaining customer records, and achieving call/lead targets. The role requires strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain the company's products/services.
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries.
- Generate leads, follow up, and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Maintain records of calls and customer information in the system.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Provide accurate information about products/services and company policies.
- Collect feedback and escalate unresolved issues to the relevant department.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, or Customer Service Executive (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to persuade, negotiate, and handle objections confidently.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass/Graduate.
