Overview
PENNEP has a Contractual open position for an Accounts Analyst to support our finance operations. The role primarily involves bookkeeping and requires a basic understanding of GST and TDS compliance. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling day-to-day accounts, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth financial processes while being open to travel as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records.
- Record day-to-day financial transactions in accounting software.
- Assist with the preparation of GST and TDS related data and filings.
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and client accounts.
- Support invoice processing and expense management.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for financial clarifications.
- Prepare simple reports and summaries for management review.
- Travel as required for audits, vendor visits, or financial documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic understanding of Zohobooks.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Willingness to travel when required.
Contract Details
- Type: Contractual (with possibility of extension based on performance & project needs)
- Duration: 12 Months
- Compensation: Competitive, as per market standards
