Role & responsibilities

  • Good knowledge in CNC Turning & Milling Programming & Setting Knowledge
  • Drawing Study, Tooling & Machining knowledge Measuring
  • To Co-ordinate Parts setting activities, Ensure the tool as per the tool layout, ensuring that Customers expectations with regard to product Quality and Quantity are met
  • Responsible for Parts setting activities
  • Ensure the before setting available of tools / documents / SOP
  • Ensure the tool as per the tool layout
  • Responsible for Setting First part approval achieved in100% & eliminate the setting rejections.
  • Maintaining 5 S activities
  • Maintaining the setter log note & issues communicating the next shift setters
