Good knowledge in CNC Turning & Milling Programming & Setting Knowledge
Drawing Study, Tooling & Machining knowledge Measuring
To Co-ordinate Parts setting activities, Ensure the tool as per the tool layout, ensuring that Customers expectations with regard to product Quality and Quantity are met
Responsible for Parts setting activities
Ensure the before setting available of tools / documents / SOP
Ensure the tool as per the tool layout
Responsible for Setting First part approval achieved in100% & eliminate the setting rejections.
Maintaining 5 S activities
Maintaining the setter log note & issues communicating the next shift setters
