Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Electric Scooter Service Specialist located in Chennai. The Specialist will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing electric scooter issues, performing routine maintenance, ensuring optimal performance, and providing high-quality customer service. Daily tasks include troubleshooting technical problems, coordinating with the service team, and maintaining service records.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for diagnosing and fixing technical issues
- Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Customer Service skills to provide exceptional support and assistance
- Sales skills to promote service packages and upsell products
- Basic Finance knowledge to manage service costs and customer billing
- Prior experience in the automotive or EV industry is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in an on-site environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications in EV maintenance is advantageous
