About the Role

We are seeking a
highly skilled and results-driven SEO professional
with strong client communication and team management abilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling ongoing client projects, mentoring junior team members, and executing comprehensive SEO strategies to drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Communication & Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and timely communication via calls and messages.
  • Understand client requirements and provide strategic SEO guidance.
  • Team Leadership
  • Lead and mentor the SEO team, providing training and guidance to junior members.
  • Oversee task allocation, project timelines, and quality control.
  • SEO Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and implement result-oriented
    Off-Page
    and
    On-Page SEO
    strategies.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for targeted keywords.
  • Perform technical SEO audits and resolve issues affecting search visibility.
  • Performance Optimization
  • Create, manage, and optimize website experiments to boost revenue, conversions, and engagement metrics.
  • Provide insights to enhance website architecture, UX, and CRO.
  • Collaboration & Reporting
  • Work closely with marketing, content, and development teams to align SEO efforts with business goals.
  • Track, analyze, and report SEO performance metrics (keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions).
  • Tool Proficiency
  • Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, or similar.
  • Industry Knowledge
  • Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithms, trends, and SEO best practices.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years
    of proven SEO experience (agency background preferred).
  • Strong
    client handling
    skills with the ability to manage expectations and deliver results.
  • Demonstrated
    team management
    and training experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
